Is the procedure painful?

During the procedure, we will be using two steps of OTC anesthetics. The first is to numb the top tissue and the second is used during the procedure to insure your comfort. Most clients will tell you that there is no discomfort at all.

What is involved in recovery?

Immediately after each procedure there is a little bit of swelling, but not enough to look abnormal. You can still return to work the next day. Generally the third day after is the most awkward since this is the time when the top layer is sliding off. Clients tend to stay clear of social engagements that day. Healing takes one to six weeks while the pigmentation matures and reaches its final color.
